We have been able to confirm that TEL group employees at the plant are unharmed, the construction of the building sustained no damage and we expect no influence on our business. Furthermore, the construction of Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions (Tohoku) in Iwate prefecture sustained no damage as well and both plants are operating as usual from May 6th, after golden week national holidays.
