Tokyo Electron Receives the 2022 Excellent Performance Award from TSMC

Tokyo Electron (TEL) received the Excellent Performance Award from TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; headquartered in Taiwan), an honor conferred on companies that significantly contributed to TSMC’s business in 2022.

The award recognizes select suppliers that have exhibited outstanding performance in such fields as semiconductor production equipment, raw materials, packaging, testing, facilities, IT systems, and environmental and waste management services. TEL won the award in the category of Excellent Technology Collaboration for the second year in a row.

TEL supplies TSMC with a wide variety of advanced technology solutions covering multiple manufacturing processes. TSMC, the world’s leading dedicated semiconductor foundry, gave this award to TEL in recognition of its contribution to TSMC’s growth and innovations in advanced semiconductor technology.
