69th Annual IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM 2023)

The IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM), where we are proud of that Tokyo Electron (TEL) employee serves as General Chair, was held from December 9 to 13 in San Francisco, USA. IEDM is the world’s top meeting for reporting technological breakthroughs in the areas of semiconductor and electronic device technology, design, manufacturing, physics, and modeling. Another TEL employee had given an invited lecture in the short course.

IEDM general chair Dina Triyoso (TEL Technology Center, America) made a speech to welcome everyone joining IEDM from around the world, to thank the authors, presenters and committee members for their strong contribution to IEDM and to highlight key programs at IEDM at the opening ceremony.
At this meeting, many engineers engaged in vigorous discussion in session.
