Tokyo Electron Receives the 2023 Excellent Performance Award from TSMC

Tokyo Electron (TEL) received the Excellent Performance Award from TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; headquartered in Taiwan), an honor conferred on companies that significantly contributed to TSMC’s business in 2023.

The award recognizes select suppliers that have exhibited outstanding performance in such fields as semiconductor production equipment, materials, packaging, testing, facilities, IT systems, environment, and waste management services. TEL won the award in the category of Excellent Technology Collaboration for the third year in a row.

TEL leverages its broad product portfolio to provide cutting-edge, multi-process technology solutions, assisting the growth of TSMC. It was in recognition of this contribution that the award was given to TEL.
